This is an amazing …
This is an amazing thought provoking video…..”Praise god, hallelujah!”
@evolve749, and …
@evolve749, and what about Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana, with its raunchy words?
Thank you very much …
Thank you very much for the recommendation Mr. Tarte! You are a very skilled pianist and do a delightful rendition of the master pieces! A perfect example to anybody who insists that a god is needed in order for the ‘soul’ to create beautiful things
What did you eat …
What did you eat today?
Why did God make the sustenance of life dependent upon the death of other living things?
Think about it. What did you eat today?
“My mother’s …
“My mother’s Christian church teaches that when she goes to heaven her mind will be erased of the memory of all people who go to hell.” – deicidalistic
The question then becomes: “Are you still you when your memories have been externally altered?”
@sevenahm, I too am …
@sevenahm, I too am amazed by Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concertos 2 and 3, as well as his Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. I am even more amazed by his Symphony No. 2. Have you heard it? For a few dollars you can experience a stunning archived concert performance of it by the Berliner Philharmoniker in their Digital Concert Hall (google ‘digital concert hall’).
@Elipson3, I too am …
@Elipson3, I too am awed by J.S.Bach’s music, including his Toccata and Fugue in D minor. If you have not already, I invite you to go to my profile page, access my piano videos playlist, and watch these two videos: “Go for Baroque!”, and Bach’s ‘Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring’.
@wordavee To answer …
@wordavee To answer your first question I do not presume (nor would I presume) to know what people in her congregation question and does not question seeing as I do not know them. Your second question is quite frankly barking up the wrong tree. My comment did not endorse the morality of that “version” of heaven or the “god” that supposedly makes that heaven possible. The last sentence of the comment should have been a dead give away.
I agree with most …
I agree with most of what you say, but I cannot support this insanity that Brahms is supposed to be better then Bach! Heretic! Bach is known to be a superior composer, which no educated man can deny. Theologians have long ago proved this.
Best Wishes
The Society for Bach > Brahms
For those not converted to the awesomeness that is Bach, please search for ‘Bach, Toccata and Fugue in D minor’

@badmko2, thank you …
@badmko2, thank you so much. I address that issue in a recent comment at my profile page. I am still thinking about it.
i think you should …
i think you should donate your body to science, rather then to creamation. after all, your done with it. so maybe they can find a way in the future to stop what killed you. just a thought. this is one of your best vids.
Excellent video …
Excellent video Edward, keep up the good work
Good questions and …
Good questions and points in your video.
I think Rachmaninoff’s piano concertos top just about everything.
It’s Christmas in …
It’s Christmas in Heaven,
There’s great films on TV…
`The Sound of Music’ twice an hour
And `Jaws’ I, II, and III.
There’s gifts for all the family,
There’s toiletries and trains…
There’s Sony Walkman Headphone sets
And the latest video games.
@Kargoneth I was …
@Kargoneth I was talking to Edward, not you. For your information, some discoveries take a while to reach the news media since there are so many things happening at once. Some cases are even missed or ignored.
