The time has now come for you to use your reason and ask yourself: How could Christ (“God”!) be in the womb of a created woman? Is the mother of this “God” (!) — the Virgin Mary — a creator or a created being? The time has come to think about the idolatrous ideas that Paul introduced to this religion, as he introduced the idea that Christ was created from the divine, after the Christians had been unanimously agreed that he was a created being, a slave or servant of God. Who is Christ according to the Christians? Is he the Lord or the son of the Lord or the third of three? The time has come to think about the belief in Trinity which is contrary to sound human nature and common sense.
The time has come to think about the contradictions in the attitude towards the cross; instead of burning every cross and treating it in a disrespectful manner because it was on something like this that the Lord or the son of the Lord was crucified — God forbid — as the Christians claim, we see them venerating it and regarding it as holy and worshipping it. The time has come to think about the embarrassing differences between the Gospels, from which there is no way out except to admit that they have been tampered with and the wording and meaning has been distorted.

The original writings of scripture are without chapters & verses. This includes the Book of Ezekiel. Ezekiel 18 isn’t a word from the Lord that stands alone. Ezekiel 18 is in direct response to Ezekiel 17:22-24, which is of the Messiah Jesus & why the son shall not bare the guilt of the father or the father the son. It’s better to read all that is being said so that nothing is taken out of context.

No they are not. One main definition for repent is to change one’s mind about something. You said that God did this. If any part of God’s word is righteous & true, it can’t change, unless you believe that what is righteous & true is dependent upon the moment & in reponse to mankind and not something that has been since before the beginning of time. Your Quran supports that & you’ve yet to rectify it.

It’s not about who made the sacrifice but who provided the sacrifice. No one ever said that God sacrificed the offering but that He provided the offering. @prettywomanwalking You seem to be in a unique camp for a Christian where you admit that the meaning could be changed from the original. Most who I talk too believe the bible is Gods inspired word and take it literal as it is unchanged from its original. And as a former Christian I know all this. The translation problems, various versions. Verses that are not in the oldest manuscript i.e.Mark (16:9-20) but it is in the bible today. they even say it wasn’t there before. So why is it. @sirataalmustaqeem God didn’t lay with Mary, He impregnated her divinely. (which is entirely possible for an all powerful God) and you keep harking on this begotten word. Keep in mind the Bible was translated into English from many languages. These translations were made by humans and humans (even Christians AND Muslims) are very capable of making mistakes. Perhaps the translation doesn’t have the same meaning as it’s original context. and like you said, newer translations don’t use begotten.

@prettywomanwalking I agree with you, the creator is all powerful. You are missing the point. John 3:16 is a favorite of Christians. Like it proves Jesus to be divine and therefor God. Beget means to procreate through sexual means. So did God have sex with Mary? Either he did and she is no longer a virgin or the word begotten should not be there. Some versions of the bible do not have it. So which version do I trust?

Not directly, you didn’t, but to say that His word changed at any time is the same thing. Truth doesn’t change with time. Truth remains truth for yesterday, today, & always. God’s word is Eternal & everlasting. If you say that God said one thing & then later on changed what He originally said, then you are saying, essentially, that the previous word ended & thus, is no longer truth. Reconcile that.

When you & everyone else dies, there’s no changing of one’s mind in the eternal realm. Time is for man to change their minds, not for God to change His. He’s Eternal, without beginning or end. You believe that who He is can end & begin anew, as His word reveals who He is. Only One word supports an eternal God, whose word was given to bring life to all. Denying it doesn’t change truth, anymore than one having cancer & believing that denying it will make it go away.
