How shuld i study bible and take notes wan i read? What is the Best way?

I want to get in to really serous bible study and i need some suggestions from people that already started doing it so if anything please tell me

Start from the very first page. It may seem boring at first. Write down the first few words of Genesis 1 vs 1. (If you like mystery novels…. this is one). Just read a few pages or so a day, then write down anything that catches your interest.Some of the names are real important to remember -like Moses(he wrote the first 5 books of the old testament along with saving the Israelites from the Egyptians). Abraham, Issaac, Jacob are among some of historical meaning.Take a short break between each book and reread what you wrote… date them if you wish for reference later on.

I watched a sermon by a Christian pastor named Mark Driscoll. He claimed that yoga?

is associated with demonic powers because of its Buddhist origins. Is there any Christians here that might support this point of view? Why or why not?

yes, yoga is dangerous, even deadly, if performed wrong. in addition, it is demonic and no Christian should take part in it if they value their soul.
